Leadership Team

Lu Caraballo

Lu wears many hats which can be summed up by saying that he ensures customers receive the best products, service and overall experience in their projects. On a day-to-day basis this means he is planning projects, visiting jobsites, overseeing and developing customer and supplier relationships and anything else that needs to be done to keep things on track. His dedication is evident in feedback from customers who praise his genuine care and sense of responsibility to see projects through their eyes. Lu brings over 20 years experience in contruction and management. He is truly a go-getter!

Dusty German

Dusty brings over 10 years experience in commerical roofing and construction. He works hard to make certain that PRG over delivers on customer expectations. He focuses on each and every customer's needs, looking for the smallest details to avoid hurdles that might arise during the project. Dusty enjoys visiting jobsites to ensure top quality services. He is a leader who possess integrity and gains the trust of team members.

Sherri Caraballo

Sherri has multiple responsibilities which include managing the guys (big task), finances, procurement, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, marketing and working with the team on scheduling and project completion. An MBA graduate from Texas Wesleyan University, she has years of experience in business.  In a nutshell - deadline driven and collaborative in a multi-tasked environment. Customer satisfaction is her main priority.
