Lead Estimator/Project Manager

Lu Caraballo

As a Lead Project Estimator and Project Manager, Lu manages the full construction project lifecycle. Responsibilities include project estimation and management, budgeting and forecasting, resource allocation, value engineering, logistics, and scheduling. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of construction principles, Lu delivers high quality work and exceptional service.

 

Lu brings over 30 years experience in logistics, construction and management. He has won numerous awards in his career and is pursuing certification with NARI.

Accounts Payable/Receivable

Front Office Manager

Sherri Caraballo, MBA

Sherri oversees the day-to-day operations of our business. Responsibilities include financials, reporting, subcontracts, procurement, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, marketing and working with the team on scheduling and project completion.

 

An MBA graduate from Texas Wesleyan University, she recently opened a woman owned construction company, is certified, and nominated as a "Rising Star" business with RHCA. She has years of experience in business, is deadline driven and collaborative in a multi-tasked environment. Customer satisfaction is her main priority.

Lead Estimator/Project Manager

Dusty German

As a Lead Estimator and Project Manager, Dusty manages the full construction project lifecycle. Responsibilities include project estimation and management, budgeting and forecasting, resource allocation, value engineering, logistics, and scheduling. He brings over 20 years experience in commercial plumbing, roofing and construction and works hard to make sure customers receive high quality work and services.

Dusty works with customers, engineers, architects, trades, and sub crews to orchestrate full project planning and completion.
